Ltd. (hereinafter referred to PIMPL). The Products and Information to
be included in CI.C is made by the Management of PIMPL, Mumbai, India,
As PIMPL makes the products displayed on site . It is presumed that we
are not violating any copyrights. There is no intention to violate intellectual
copyright. However, if any Agency has any objection, the same may be brought
immediately to the notice of PIMPL. We will ensure immediate Legal opinion
on explicit observation/ complaint and take immediate steps to legalize
it, if required.
CI.C not expected to offend anyone. However if any products or information
offends any surfer we at CI.C take no responsibility concerning the
impact or consequence of the same. While we have made every effort to
ensure the accuracy and clarity of the information presented in this site,
PIMPL or CI.C cannot be held liable for any errors or inconsistencies.

**General Privacy Policy Statement PIMPL recognizes its obligation to
its customers, community and online visitors to adhere to the highest
standards of decency, fairness, and integrity in all its operations.
Likewise, CI.C is dedicated to the fundamentals of protecting consumer

Surfing or User Agreement
ANY PERSON ACCESSING THE CI.C WEB SITE AGREES TO AND IS BOUND BY THE
FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

found in the CI.C Web Site are protected by the copyright laws. Any

in the United States and/or other countries. All other trademarks and
service marks if displayed are the property of their respective owners.
3. Cancellation of Membership. PIMPL hold the rights to
cancel your membership at its own discretion without assigning any reason.
Misleading advertisements are a criminal offence under LAW. It is generally
unlawful for an advertiser to show any intention to discriminate on
the basis of sex, pregnancy, age, marital status, political or religious
belief or activity, parental or carer status, physical features, disability,
lawful sexual activity/sexual orientation, HIV/AIDS status or on the
basis of being associated with a person with one of the above characteristics.
CI.C/PIMPL can reject the membership of the advertiser anytime without
refund on suspecting criminal offence by the advertiser. In that case
advertiser need to produce documentary evidence without demanding any
claims or refund to prove its existence within 30 days from the date
of termination of membership. Only after scrutinising and verifying
the submitted documents, CI.C/PIMPL can reinstate termination of the
membership. CI.C/PIMPL will not refund any amount once paid by the
advertiser on termination of membership.

4. Performance : We make no express or implied warranties
or representations with respect to the scheme or any product sold through
any scheme. Also, we make no representation that operation of our site
will be error free or uninterrupted. Further we will not be liable for
any error or interruption.
5. Content Submission. Certain areas of the CI.C Web
Site allow for the exchange of information between you, the USER, and
CI.C. Any submission by the USER becomes the property of CI.C, and
the USER implicitly grants PIMPL the authority and right to use that
content in accordance with CI.C corporate privacy policies.
6. USER Responsibility. The USER assumes all responsibility
for use of the CI.C WebSite. The USER waives all claims against CI.C
or PIMPL, its officers, directors, employees, suppliers, designers and
programmers that may arise from the utilization of the classifiedindia.com
Web Site.
7. Accuracy of Information & CI.C/Company's Liability.
Neither CI.C, nor its information contributors can be held responsible
by USER for the accuracy of the information found in the CI.C Web
Site. CI.C makes no expressed or implied warranty as to the accuracy
or merchantability of content or programming.
CI.C is an internet site for classified ads. We do not screen or edit
the information as provided by users. CI.C is not involved in any
way in the actual transaction between advertisers and responders. As
such CI.C has no control over the quality, accuracy, truthfulness
or legality of information provided in the ad details posted by its
users. We do not make any representation about the products/services
of advertisers
Due to very nature of internet operation user authentication on internet
is difficult. CI.C cannot and doesn't confirm the correctness of identity
of its users. Because CI.C do not and cannot be involved in any dealings
between its users, in the event of any dispute you have with one or
more of our users, you release CI.C (including its employees, agents,
associates etc.) from any claims, demands, damages ( direct, indirect,
actual or consequential) of every kind and nature whatsoever arising
out of or in any way connected with such disputes. We are not responsible
for the details and authenticity of information provided in the profiles
of prospective candidates appearing under our matrimonial section. Responders
are advised to verify these details and also verify the identity of
advertisers before entering into any transaction.
We expect that you will use sufficient common sense & caution while
using CI.C website in any way. Please note there are risks involved
in dealing with foreign nationals / companies & you will be fully
& solely responsible for dealings with other users of CI.C website.
You will on your own & through your own sources satisfy yourself
about the accuracy of information provided by other users in CI.C
website. You will take the full responsibility of consequences arising
out of your dealing with other users of CI.C website. CI.C in no
way guarantee or represent for accuracy of information provided by its

8. Limitation of Liability. CK,C's liability arising out
of or in connection with use of CI.C site regardless of its cause
will be limited to a maximum amount of Rs.1200.00 only i.e Rupees One
Thousand Two Hundred only.
9. Jurisdiction:
The agreement shall be governed by Indian laws jurisdiction will be
exclusively the courts of law Mumbai(Maharashtra).

Disclaimer of Warranties: The information available on
this site is provided on "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE"
basis without any warranties of any nature. PIMPL / CI.C site does
not provide warranties of any kind that the site will operate error
free without any interruptions or that its servers and other equipments
are free of any computer viruses, or other harmful mechanism. CI.C
/ PIMPL will not be responsible for any costs arising to for damaging
to any equipment or information, due to use of CI.C website. CI.C
/ PIMPL disclaims all warranties (to the fullest extent permitted by
law) whether direct or implied including the warranty of error free
and uninterrupted operation, accuracy, reliability, correctness, completeness
or timeliness of content software or services, merchantability, in infringement
or fitness of products and services for a particular purpose.

the control of CI.C / PIMPL and as such you are beyond CI.C website.

or liability for loss or damages direct or consequential arising to
you or violation of Indian international law arising due to your use
